One Account Rule
Each user may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, la89 reserves the right to cancel both or all such accounts and forfeit any deposited balance.
Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration — name, mobile number, payment account details — must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing incorrect or false information will be treated as a breach of this agreement.
- The user must be a resident of Bangladesh.
- A mobile wallet account (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay) registered in the user's own name is required.
- Account use is permitted for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
- Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
la89 processes transactions through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet services. Compliance with the following financial terms is mandatory to ensure uninterrupted service.

Deposit Rules
All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal Rules
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals may only be made to the mobile wallet used for depositing. Winnings derived from a bonus will not be withdrawable unless the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
la89 offers a welcome bonus and various promotional offers to its users from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions that must be met.
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳26,000
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used on designated games or categories.
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to third parties.
- la89 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
- If any irregularity or manipulation in bonus usage is found, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.
VIP & Loyalty Program
la89's VIP program has five tiers. Users at each tier enjoy weekly cashback benefits. Tier advancement is based on regular activity and engagement with the platform.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
la89 is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
Manipulation and Fraudulent Activities
- Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
- Using software, bots, or automated systems to influence outcomes.
- Attempting to fix betting outcomes by colluding with other users.
- Using a false identity or a third party's credentials.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
la89 is fully committed to preventing money laundering and retains identity verification information where necessary. If suspicious financial activity is detected, la89 reserves the right to investigate the relevant account. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during this time.
Intellectual Property & Content Rights
The intellectual property rights to la89's website, application, graphics, logos, text, and all digital content are owned by la89. The following uses are prohibited:
- Reproducing or distributing la89's logo, brand name, or content without permission.
- Scraping or automatically collecting data from la89's platform.

Account Suspension, Closure & Appeals

la89 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

User's Rights
You may request the closure of your account at any time. Contact la89's support team to make the request. Please withdraw any withdrawable balance before the account is closed.
Appeal Against Account Closure

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.

- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.

Regarding Gaming Results
la89's game and betting results depend on a Random Number Generator (RNG) or the direct results from the game provider. la89 does not guarantee any specific winnings and is not responsible for a user's losses. In the case of sports betting, the actual result depends entirely on the event organizer.
